Return & Exchange Policy

At Zawadi Hat, we want you to feel confident and inspired in every piece you choose. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if your item meets the following conditions:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition

  • All tags and packaging intact


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “final sale”

  • Damaged, worn, or altered items


Shipping & Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • However, we currently offer free shipping, so no outbound shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we will process your exchange once the original item is received and inspected.
If the requested size or style is unavailable, you will receive store credit.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing once your return is received.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist you quickly.
