Delivery

Every ZHF order travels with DHL Express. Delivery within Kenya is complimentary. For international orders, DHL Express rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Timelines

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery then takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your DHL tracking number. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs or other delays outside our control.

Duties and Taxes

All prices are shown in USD. For orders outside Kenya, import duties and local taxes are not included in your order total. Where they apply, they are settled directly with DHL on arrival, and DHL will contact you with the details.
